SINGLE BARREL BOURBONS
Every year, we take some of our longtime staff and fly them to Kentucky to hand-select Single Barrel Bourbon. These exclusive Whiskeys are only available at our bars and their shelf lives are short, as we oftentimes sell out in a matter of months. Sometimes even sooner than that. While we could just order our selections through the mail—the most common way to do this— we strongly believe in the experience of our hardworking staff selecting the whiskey where it was created, aged, and perfected.
To date, we have selected Single Barrels of Elmer T. Lee, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, Old Weller Antique 107 (multiple times), Weller Special Reserve, Weller Full Proof, Old Forester, and Stagg.
Plus we also have our own single variety 100% Espadin Mezcal, selected by our staff in Mexico from Banhez Dilstillery.
In the future we hope to select many more.

We tried to open the Old Gold in 2006.
We actually opened the Old Gold in 2011.
Truth be told, we didn't know what we were doing back then. Hell, maybe we still don't know what we are doing. But in those five years we plotted and schemed and dreamed up a way to open a bar in our little corner of the Overlook Neighborhood.
In the years that have passed, we've been there to pour you some whiskey after a long day. Or to cook dinner for your family. Maybe both. We've hosted birthday parties for everyone from toddlers to grandparents (and everyone in-between). We've hosted weddings and we've hosted wakes. We've just been there.
So that's us. We live here. We drink here. And hopefully that never changes.
